Below are groups that can help you, if you are willing to be helped.. So please do not hesitate to contact them if you need help- they are willing to assist and help when called upon.

There are many organization that can help you, if you have problems?- Below is a list of organizations you can contact for Self Help Programs within Australia and globally.

This information shouldn't be considered to be a complete listing - and it also isn't an endorsement that a particular program is right for you. In my personal opinion I have researched these groups and have found them to all have had positive impact on people and their life.

 
Gamblers Anonymous
Gamblers Anonymous provides fellowship to men and women who have a gambling problem and who want to recover from their addiction

If your gambling is causing issues in your life, you can take steps to change this. Talking about gambling with somebody you trust can reduce the stress that can cause you to continue to gamble. If you have an issue with gambling there is free, confidential professional help and support available.

Alcoholics Anonymous
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that, they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.
 
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are selfsupporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and
