In life we face many problems! However, you are not alone. If you think you have a problem then you usually do! When you are willing to take the first step by admitting you have a problem. There are many organization that can help you, if you have problems?- Below is a list of organizations you can contact for Self Help Programs within Australia and globally.This information shouldn't be considered to be a complete listing - and it also isn't an endorsement that a particular program is right for you. In my personal opinion I have researched these groups and have found them to all have had positive impact on people and their life.Gamblers Anonymous Gamblers Anonymous provides fellowship to men and women who have a gambling problem and who want to recover from their addiction http://www.gamblersanonymous.org.au/ If your gambling is causing issues in your life, you can take steps to change this. Talking about gambling with somebody you trust can reduce the stress that can cause you to continue to gamble.
